Cotto could still school Chavez

Cotto simply too little for Chavez Jr. Next thread....

 

Wasnt this being shopped around sometime before the Floyd fight??
I wonder what has changed.

 

What changed is Junior is just getting bigger and bigger. A year or two ago, Junior would still be bigger but not what he is today. He's simply too big for Cotto.

Unless Junior comes down to 154 (which would kill him), that is where Cotto would win. Anything above is not a good move for Miguel.

 

jr just has gotten too damn big for miguel IMO.

Chavez is too big and strong for Cotto. A few months back when Cotto wanted the fight I gave Chavez no chance at 160lbs, now I give Cotto no chance at beating Chavez. ****, now i am leaning towards a Chavez win over Martinez (and I'm a Martinez fan) whom I think is better than Cotto. No way can Cotto beat on a 180lbs fighter or push him around in the ring.

Cotto next available ppv option is Canelo, Pac (won't happen though) or Martinez at 154lbs. Hope he doesn't seek Jr at MW wether Chavez beats Martinez or not for his sake.

 

I think Cotto wanted to go to MW for Jr before the Floyd fight. Now, Jr is too big for him, hope he doesn't persue this fight.

I seriously think Chavez Jr would decapitate Cotto.

 

cotto would get knocked out. chavez would walk him down with ease and stop him in the 4th or 5th round. cotto doesnt have the fire power to keep someone like chavez off of him. chavez is just too big. hypothetically speaking, what weight would the fight be at? below 160 chavez would be completely drained and above 154 cotto would be at a clear disadvantage. this fight is not happening.
