Mosley landed some clean shots but not as many as Cotto...Mosley was getting tagged hard ..his head was snapping back repeatedly ...Cotto's punches were landing hard and very clean busting mosley's head back like a pez dispenser

Mosley's power shots were just thumping off the side of cottos gloves ... there was only a few shots that mosley hit cotto with that snapped cottos head back compared to cotto who was absolutely pasting mosley with power jabs and straight rights !

Still cant believe it. With this and Casamayor debacle , its got to be one of the worst Judging on a card ever, hell im surprised Johnson didnt get the win over Margarito...somehow.

Cotto was Hopkins last night. Mosley was Taylor. Cotto (just like Hopkins) threw the most accurate telling blows of the fight all while making Mosley (Taylor) miss. Not a bad comparison although you got the names mixed up.

zelenoff, how'd you think you'd go in the ring with these two? would your power shots be simply too much for them? or would you gain a TKO when they fall to the floor in hysterics when they see the size of your shots and your crab like movement?

you are a ****ing idiot...how delusional you are:patsch ....I felt kind of bad for shane because of the lack of fans he had there...Cotto fans dominated MSG...only the corner and his entourage was chanting for Mosley.

I love the day after a close fight. So many guys whining that the fight was a robbery just because the judges didn't score it exactly like they did.

Only a total moron would deny this fight was close. I personally had it a draw, but I would never dream of insisting that is the only way it could be scored.
I think arguments can be made for either guy winning, but there is no "right" answer.

But, since the judges scored for Cotto, that's the way it will stand and there is nothing wrong with that.
There has been a lot of bad decisions in boxing over the years, but this wasn't one of them.

I had Cotto winning by 2 pts ..It was a close fight some rds were tough to score but on clean effective punching I had to give it to Miguel even when Mosely backed him up he still had Shane 2nd guessing ..

De la Hoya - Tito = De la Hoya won clearly.

Wright - Taylor = It was a very close fight.

Mosley - Cotto = Cotto won a close fight.

I think it's those tough to score rounds that ultimately made the difference, and why there are varying scorecards.
It's the inevitable consequence of a close, competitive fight.
