Body fat percentage is the ratio of fat to muscle. I can guarantee you he has more fat in his body, but his body fat percentage is lower because his ratio of muscle to fat is different. It's probably because hes in his physical prime.

Now David Haye on the other hand has a body fat percentage which looks to be in the single digits and he's 218lbs. There is good reason why people question if hes on drugs. Pacquiao clearly isn't on steroids, he has naturally grown into is frame and it fits him perfectly. He's always been ripped so hes still ripped just with bigger muscles. He probably has to eat like a horse to maintain those muscles, because this still isn't his natural weight.

Ive always wondered why Cotto never wanted to reveal his weight to 24/7 or the media.

Yeah, he made 146 in his last fight. But that was several months ago. Our body has strange way of digesting the food ingested in our body. Cotto's body metabolism may have slowed down at this point. In other words, his health is slipping.

 What are you talking about, seriously dude, I thought you were a good poster. First of all, Miguel offered to fight Pac at 145 because it was already known that no matter who Pac fought he was going to make that person go down in weight. Miguel simply said 145 is as far as I would go for him. Miguel did not say "I demand to fight Manny at 145 because this is obviously where I feel the most comfortable" :nut Secondly, you need a small course on learning body language because Miguel seem very confident for this fight, and last but not least... That video is before Miguel started his training camp in Florida, so it says nothing about his confidence in making weight for this fight as of now. He only says that he came in at 146 in his last fight and that he feels he can make 145, but that was months ago so it is completely irrelevant to what Alex Ariza is implying 7 before the fight.

  7. Nothing but a smokescreen...and a good one, too.

Maybe or is it a nice start of a psych war?! you know what i mean?! cotto camp wants pac camp to be complacent?!

For me, NO EXCUSES for both. I hope NO headbutting or LOW BLOW will happen.

Thats why I do not like catch weight fights don't take a fight then right before the fight make an excuse I can't make the weight. I don't want to hear to much money to pass up don't make an excuse when you lose.
