You still talk about Cotto getting beat by Foreman as if you really believe it. Empty words coming from a troll like you. The lifetime ban bet is still on the table ya loud mouthed bum :hi:

:happy This is the best thing Cotto has done for his career. He needs to rest, prepare his mind and body to get himself back to his preMargo days. He severly needs someone to tell him when to box and when to bodypunch and break his opponents down. When AND NOT WHEN to be the destroyer and when to pump that awesome jab.

I really, really hope Steward shows him some defense because it seems sometimes Cotto moves around the ring way too much when he doesn't have to no wonder he gets tired into the late rounds. Needs to relax more and use more upper body and head movement.

    ANIMO, ANIMO MIGUEL!!!

I agree. I think he would have had a much better chance with steward in his corner for Pac. Frankly I felt Cotto was only going to have a shot by being too big for Manny, because Santiago did nothing in the way of strategy for him.
Makes you wonder if slick Bob Arum reinforced the whole Santiago deal for the Pac fight for his own greedy intentions.

If this was prior to Cotto vs Pac then I would really be excited about this news (It should have happened 2 fights ago), but right now I'm just hoping it isn't too little, to late for Cotto at this point in his career.

cotto has a good jab and i can see manny working off that. if he can only convince cotto to clinch once in a while that, in and of itself, will make the whole thing worth while. I hope cotto pulls a wlad and after suffering some minor set backs, he gets back into dominating.

Foreman is a horrendous style matchup for Cotto. It's much easier for me to see a dominant Foreman victory in my head than it is to see a dominant Cotto victory.

Cotto should have hired Steward before the Pacquiao fight. I thought Steward offered Miguel to be on his corner for the Pacquiao fight. Should have been a tactical battle if that materialized..

Same here. Even though I'm pulling for Cotto. I'm not a Foreman fan. Nothing against him but I can't stand his style. But it's damned effective.
