You know I'm the biggest Joyboy on this board, but I'll be disappointed if Cotto is Floyd's only fight for 2011, and then he goes off onto vacation again until 2012.

The good news is that this suggests Floyd Jr isn't retired for good.:think

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE MAYWEATHER FRAUD JR WILL EVER FIGHT MIGUEL COTTO.

He ducked him out of fear in 2008 and based on how good Cotto looked for much of the Pac fight - in terms of speed, ambition, punch power - FLoyd knows Cotto would be life and death struggle and he will avoid the hell out of Cotto.

I GAURANTEE THIS. and it's an absolute myth Cotto is shot after the Pac and Margarito fights. MYTH. Cotto is still a beast, not the BEST, but still a beast. I repeat: A BEAST.

Floyd's a better opponent for Cotto in the sense that, he isn't one to dismantle opponents, not at the higher weights he ain't. But it will be hard for Cotto to win. I would expect him to put on a much better show than Marquez or Mosley though. Ultimately though, Mayweather should still win this fight,

Cotto has walked down every defensive fighter he has ever fought. Mayweather knew that, and retired when it became obvious he was ducking Cotto and Margarito.

    Here's Hatton/Cotto at the Gatti/Mayweather fight.
They were gone before the end of the 6th round so they didn't have to answer questions dealing with facing Mayweather.
Hatton coming off his win off of Tszyu. Hatton wanted none of the beating Mayweather put on Gatti.
As you can see by the end of the 5th round, Cotto was already looking for the exit.

Mayweather has been ducked by them before.
Now its mayweather cherry picking smaller hatton and retiring to not face Cotto.

"Cotto may want the winner of the fight, although if that's Mayweather, you wonder if he wants him that soon."
    Lampley knew Cotto would duck.
