Where is it at? ... the universally recognized championship ... not many people ever seen Erdei or know who the hell he is ...

You have yet to answer my questions, but demand an answer to yours?

Your question isn't relevant. The Ring belt is not "Universally recognized" anymore than the Lineal title is or the WBC is.

Oh, and the Ring title didn't exist when DM unified the titles. Thus the reason he didn't hold it. Thus the reason it was passed down from Jones who was given it in 2001.

Lastly, what does "People knowing who he is" have to do with being champion?

TITO was a guy that fought evrybody in his way even went up to 168 and fought roy jones,, do you think floyd will ever fight a guy like pavlik ???
i dont think he has the balls for that .. TITO a true warrior floyd a TRUE ***** who ducked any worthy challenger and cherrypicked his way to titles you are a disgrace 4 a TITO fan ,,TITO wouldnt want a fan like you thats 4 sure

Because in 1989 (except at HW, which it awarded until 91 or so) it stopped awarding titles until 2001. Jones was given the title in 2001 because he held 3 of the 4 major titles. The Ring editor admitted later on when pressed about it that if their policies had been in effect in the 90's, DM would have been awarded the belt, but Ring was not comfortable going back and changing their policies after the fact.

    Take a look for yourself

You still have not answered my question. You diverted to Ring titles which is just another championship at this point, instead of discussing my point. Why do you not recognize DM as the champion at LHW during his reign when he unified 3 of the 4 major titles and beat the #1 fighter in the division to do clearly establishing lineage?

Actually there was a thread recently asking who had the better resume, Floyd or Tito, and it was really close, with many saying Tito's record is only slightly better then Mayweathers.

Other than that, why are you such a ****ing noob to the sport? If Floyd fought Pavlik that would be his 6th weight class and 154 was his limit for his body.:patsch

I'm a fan of Tito ... but there's no denying who the best fighter in the world is.

You're the opposite extreme and no better than anyone you disagree with at this point. Ignoring Mayweather's past accomplishments to say he has no balls.....well.

I like ya style KG even at times we disagree(except once:D ).

While your logic prevails in this case technically? Reality says that Calzaghe vs Erdei would/should be IMMINENT:good I'm confident Erdei isnt the real Champ but proof is in the pudding of course. IMO RJJ is still better than Erdei, but right is right:lol: :yep

I got JC:yep And I got you're back vs any PBF Groupie of the misfaithful.

Great would be the day when all titles fought Unification tournaments:happy :happy :happy :happy :happy :happy :happy
