I think Steward is doing a very good job with Cotto. I also think we still saw some insecurities combined with ringrust in Cotto's fight against Mayorga. The worry I actually have is that I think I heard Steward say Cotto needs to make Margarito back off, which reminds me of what he tried to do with Cintron, but it all really back fired on fight night. We'll see how things go.
the only thing steward is doing for cotto is mentally, as long as cotto thinks and feel it works and that he has somebody in his corner that is helping him maybe physiologically he'll perform better because he believes it but nothing more.. cotto is what he is and when things get tough he'll do what he knows :hat
You could see Cotto actually forcing himself to hold that right hand up. It looked unnatural but it helped him a lot.
