From about 5 weeks ago or so.

Cotto has earned his rematch by winning his third weight division world championship and by avenging his only other professional loss to Margartio.

Only one piece of unfinished business left, and if Cotto is confident he can take care of business, who's to say he shouldn't get the chance to prove himself?

Another paper title for Cotto that was handed to him by Arum earns him a second ass beating from Pac?

    What a ****ing farce.

He gets dominated again, most likely.

All respect to Cotto, but wth else do you expect him to say?
He can't really come out saying: "I know, I'll get humiliated again and there is a big risk I get KO'ed, but I'm doing it because I want a big fat bag of money"

So Cotto is a multiple paper title holder and Pacquiao is gonna fight him TWICE...But you believe that Cotto is the Farce?

I have no doubt he'd do better. Whether he'll win is another story, but he's corrected a number of technical mistakes. I give Pac lots of credit for the win, but Cotto was technically at his worst with Santiago.

Posting this quote again now is a bit misleading though, don't you think? It's a relative of the "Pacquiao Picks Cotto" thread that reveals nothing of the sort.

I would be impressed with Team Pac (win or lose vs Cotto) if they allow Cotto to fight as a JMW (154lbs). But if Team Pacquiao (Roach) request 147lbs or any catchweight....I am going into STRAIGHT HATER-MODE!!!

Pac vs cotto 2 ends up like barrera 2, pac wins a decision but doesnt look goed, probably 116-112 style.

And the Margarito rematch? I guess that was "handed" to Cotto as well?

I don't see how it's a less legit title than anyone else has at 154. If you do, perhaps you could explain how.

That fight should never have happened. Margarito shouldn't have had his licence, for starters. Secondly, he almost wasn't cleared to fight because of his eye. On top of this Cotto had originally been reluctant to give Margarito the opportunity to earn another cent from him, until Arum waved his wallet...

Remember that Arum bull**** about Margarito's eye being "100%...better than 100%..."? That'll be why it closed up like a swollen vagina.

Many that said that are the same ones that said Margaret will beat Cotto everytime that he is all wrong for Cotto.
Just because you guys have a hard on for the PAC Mayweather fight doesn't you can't dismiss the fact that Cotto deserves a rematch !!!
