It's possible, though at the same time, these fundamental drills are now routine and basically something like Cotto's version of the Mayweather mitt drills. I can imagine much more complicated and crucial work being done behind the scenes.
What I've also noticed in these clips, as well as in his fight with margarito, is that cotto has been taking smaller steps and has generally been more tighter and economical with his movement. For me, this fight is getting more intriguing by the day.
