TMT is an unproven entity and it may be wishful thinking they can do any better. They have yet to put a single fight on.Lets wait and see if it's for real or all smoke and mirrors.

only for boxers not well known, not for known fighters.

yeah because he stupid, without top rank he surely would have made more cash and probably if floyd wouldnt be the ***** he is made the pac-may fight.

to each his own. does it crossed your mind that fighters like pacquiao wants TR to hadle all the promotional stuff because he is busy with other things in his life like family, congress, etc? he is basically paying top rank for their promotional services. a guy like floyd has all the time in the world since he seems like a self-centered person that he has all the time for himself. also floyd is not exactly his own boss. he also pays GBP for their promotional services. he just have more time to promote and hype his own fights.

The business aspect is all I was going for...
But thinking about it some more, Mayweather also tried to go the ladies route by proclaiming himself "Pretty boy" it just didn't work for him.

Oscar had the Bytchez in heat.

Boxing is like anything else, some people prefer to have a job where they do their job and collect a check, they are content and happy like that.

Others wanna do it all, if a boxer would rather just box, go home and not stress about details, contracts, legalities, politics, venues, state commissioners, etc. Why not?

I own my own business, and have tried to sell it to my employees and most of them don't want the BS that comes with being the boss. Its alot harder than it looks, having a job vs. owning a business.. I have owned my firm for 8 and half years....and want out.

Cotto's only got a couple of fights left. Makes sense that he wouldn't want to sign with any company right now.

Cotto has earned the right to be a free agent and in complete control of his career.
