Although Cotto beat shane, i still think this would be somewhat of a dangerous fight for cotto even at this stage of oscars career.... i would favor cotto... but hoya is a decent puncher (has more one shot power imo then anyone cotto has faced) and i could honestly see him catching and hurting cotto with the left hook more then once,

that being said i have to say that i think cottos will, heart, relentlessness and power would wear hoya down, and they would be fighting the type of fight that would have hoya very wary down the stretch... i think cotto wins a decision with hoya busted up.

Most fighters would go after the huge payday. I'd be surprised if any fighter passed up the huge payday and exposure to fight Oscar De La Hoya because he wanted to do more for his "legacy".

Besides, it seems like Cotto doesn't even think for himself anyway when it comes to career decisions, rather just leaving it up to Top Rank.
