Then he'll be handicapped no matter how many times they fight. That eye won't get better. It will only get worse with the way Margarito fight. I don't see how people can defend Margarito. Had he learned the simple act of putting his right hand up, he would not have had to worry his eye and would've had a better chance. His stupidity and his wannabee "conjones" lost the fight for him. Taking punches isn't the best way to win a fight and he knew letting Cotto hit him in the eye like that was slimming his chances of making it to the bell.

No reason for this fight. Margarito doesn't deserve another title shot does he? He hasn't won a significant fight since 2008. His eye seems done, he should retire. However...I'm sure unless he went blind in it the other night he won't. Let him fight Kirkland, that would be interesting to see.
