Ward, now he's apparently going up to fight Kovalev, but before this did you ever see me ****ting on Ward or even now saying he's ducking Kovalev? I said he'll probably not fight him but I don't have a problem with that until he actually moves up.

lol...cotto has a much bigger fight in the divison...way more money.....can you blame him for fighting canelo instead of ggg??? im not giving cotto a pass because of his resume...im giving him a pass because he took a good fight...a big event...for way more money....i made resume comments in defense of cottos career ....in reference as to why hes a boss and can pull moves like getting fights for the wbc belt at 157......cottos resume and career puts him in a position to make more in one night than ggg will prob make in his career....i didnt say i was giving cotto a pass for anything based on his resume....i just said that was part of the reason, at the end of the day, cotto trumps ggg in the game of life

the circumstances are different in regards to rigo and ggg.....rigo isnt chasing fights at feather.....ggg is chasing fights in the division ward ruled.....both ggg and rigo say they cant get fights.....but only ggg is chasing fights outside of the division and claiming anyone at 168....

 

Cool so what division is 159 and 155 because the last time I know that count as a middleweight, middleweight is 155 up to160 lbs maximum, so if you struggle to make the maximum you should consider move up. So if you consider 155 or 159 a cheat move for Cotto you soul;d consider cheat to guys that struggle to make weight just to balloons them self to light heavy to have an advantage at a smaller man, that why catch weight exist so one guy do not have advantage to other if you struggle move up if you are to small move down but if you are a real middleweight you could make a few pounds below the limit easy. But if you are only writing that stuff because you hate Cotto then I understand.

 

No we don't. Cotto is the lineal champion period meaning he beat the man who beat the man.

 

I don't like what Cotto has done with these catchweights, but that doesn't mean that he isn't a legitimate champion. When the title is traced from today to yesterday, Cotto's name will be the first listed. With that said, Canelo might beat his ass if he isn't too weakened.
