Ofcourse Naz wouldn't have fought him. The guy got absolutely schooled in his biggest fight then realised what a crock of **** he really was and retired. He was a clown with boxing gloves, nothing more, nothing less.
Naz was begging to rolldownhill as Floyd was climbing. This fight didnt make sence for either , more so Naz. For Naz he needed one or two big fighst to round down his time in the ring and draw in some big money to retire with Floyd wasnt enough money , too big and would probably win on points. For Floyd he wouldnt get the kind of cut he would like because Nazs had to much PPV power and was a much bigger name. At this stange in PBFs career it would be pointless him jumping in against a guy with a big punch that could ruin evrything. It just didnt make sence for anyone.
A prime Naz, not the pale shadow that fought Barrera, would have caused Mayweather problems with his speed and power but size would have told in the end. Mayweather by stoppage mid to late rounds
Thats not what happened. Hamed said "Havent I gone up in weight enough?" Hamed was only at 126 b/c a title opportunity arose there. He was only 5'3, and started at 118.
Rubbish. You may not like him, but dismissing him as just a 'clown' is ridiculous. He had crushing power in both hands, and in his prime, good hand and footspeed, reflexes, and a very awkward and difficult style to fight against. He never proved himself to be the great fighter he said he was, but he was certainly not a joke.
u fu34in dummy...floyd offered to meet at 128...larry merchant was quoted as saying (post interview gregorio vargas fight i believe) "we both know prince's people wont put him in with you" floyd responded with something like "well we can make it happen at 128 this is why *******s dont know what the fu34 they talkin about...they been watching the damn sport since december 2008 and they try to criticize floyd at 130. Hey *******s..ur boy has never dominated a division the way floyd did...arguably the goat at 130..get over it and stfu
