A bit harsh, I think he did look good against Witter, he looks like a decent little fighter. However, his perormance that night is getting slightly overrated due to the fact that he was a big underdog. If you're judging him as an unproven prospect it was a superb win. If you're judging him as a top class fighter it was merely decent. Put it this way if Hatton had put in that performance to win a split decision (admittedly should have been a UD but it wasn't an absolute pasting) over a lethargic fighter who faded down the stretch and offered nothing other than the occasion attempted big shot I doubt too many would be lavishing praise on him.

Bradley-Holt will be a good one, if he wins that one he becomes the natural challenger to the Hatton-Pac winner.
Maybe Witters lackustre performance clouded my judgement on Bradley and quite a few beers that fight :yep
As I say i'll be checking the cherry fight tonight which should give me a better perspective ,I've tried to avoid reading reports on the fight to make my own judgement on performance.

    This thread is stupid

Hatton has dominated 140 for years, no one has come close to beating him at 140, and neither will Bradley

He beat Witter, fair and square. BUT Witter had the worst fight of his life and made Bradley look much better than he is.

I think Witter woul win a rematch if he brought his tools to the table. Bradley hasnt done anything to suggest a fight with Ricky Hatton. And everyone know knows anything about boxing knows Witter was/is overated.

Ricky either stops Bradley or wins a VERY wide UD
Dear God! The top p4p fighter in the world and legitimate all time great is no threat, but an unproven prospect with one decent win his whole career is?
Oh absolutely. Mayweather is a legit threat. That's why he beat Hatton. Collazo, a legit threat, should have gotten at the very least a draw to keep his belt. Where are the other threats? Maussa? PLEASE! Urango? Ben Rabah showed how much of a threat he was and he still managed to hurt Hatton and make him hold for 7 rounds. Lazcano? A totally shot Castillo?

The win over Tszyu, as I have said time and time again, was a great win and is Hatton's shining moment. Since then, he has been a disappointment.

Blah Blah ****in Blah cruiser1. I bet your were one of the **** wits that picked paulie weren't you. I bet you picked castillo and tszyu also. Bradley wouldn't have any chance whatsoever against Hatton. It wouldn't even be close. I think at this moment in time Urango beats Bradley.

I like Bradly I was there when he beat Junior, but Ricky is a different kettle, I think Ricky would box smart in this and out muscle his way to a decision, Bradly is strong but at 140, Ricky is freakishly strong and quick with it.

    Hatton ud

:patsch:patsch:patsch:patsch In case you missed it Mayweather retired over a year ago! Whether you believe that he'll be back or not, the point is as of now he is retired and therefore Pacquiao takes the p4p #1 slot. Pedantic point anyway, to say Pac isn't a threat is ******ed, he'll be an odds on favourite as were Mayweather and Tszyu while Castillo and Malignaggi were only minor underdogs!
