When he decided to trade toe to toe, he landed some--which Pac could take. But Pac landed which Cotto could not take, and KDed him. In part, becuase he did not see the punch at all.

No way can FLoyd KO Pac. If he trades toe to toe, FLoyd will get KOed.

After watching Marquez vs PAC 3. Floyd knows he has to KO Manny or get robbed. FLoyd has speed, but I believe with age he is sitting on his punches more and it seems to me that he has been hurting more opponents pre retirement than earlier on. His speeds often distract opponents from the power that he has and I'm sure they are often suprised. If FLoyd can knock out Ortiz he can definitely knock out Manny.

Marquez hurt Manny in their second fight..that tells you all that you need to know.

Yes. Manny is wide open to the right hand. See his fihgts with marquez, larios, morales etc. May has one of the best right hands in the game and would tag manny with it contiuously. I am fairly certain that if this fight ever gets made, Mayweahter stops him

Yes. Manny's face busts up easily like Gatti and I'm sure eventually the ref will stop the fight. As far as getting straight KO'ed. I have to go yes again. Floyd will get solid lands all night. I really see thias fight going just like Floyd vs Hatton. Manny will get caught lunging in with some bull**** and get floored. Then hell be to wobbley to continue and the fight will end with Roach throwing in the towell while the ref calls the fight. Larry will have a heartattack due to seeing his media hype job creation fail and get exposed. Jim and Emmanuel will look butt hurt as if their daughters were raped and ravaged while Max will call it like it is calling Manny a hype job that fooled everyone then proceed to ask Manny if he will retire.

 

Floyd couldnt knock out Marquez when he had him dominated. Has 1 KO in his last 7 fights. Couldn't hurt Ortiz until he sucker punched him. Pacquiao has a iron jaw. So the answer is no. Floyd will be on the defensive most of the time if they fight, and if he doesn't , he's the one getting KO'd.

I would be just as shocked at FMJ KOing Pac as I'd be at Pac KOing FMJ...I don't doubt Floyd could beat Pac, but knock him out? Naaahhh...

 

Unlikely, Pac has a granit-chin.
I could see a corner stoppage if things get too one-sided in the later rounds, but I kinda doubt that too, Pac is still good and fast enough to not get totally dominated like that.
The most probable outcome is a clear UD for Mayweather where Pac has his moments but doesnt win more than 4 rounds max. Kinda like the Marquez-fight.

its well known mayweather isnt a big puncher and sometimes dosent even commit to his punches, but when you're an accurate counter puncher, you can make up for power.

 

Most likely it's a TKO or UD for Floyd IMO, but he can KO Pac yes. As it's been said, Pac will come in and with Floyd's timing of straight rights throughout the fight it can happen.
