This could end very badly for White and his brand. Toney is one tough SOB, that if he can stay on his feet will, NOT may but WILL knock Couture out. In which case it would be horrible for White. White has been smart about some things, like not allowing Silva to fight Jones in a boxing match. This isnt a smart move, its a lose, not lose but not win situation no matter what happens.

The fact were talking about it shows its not a 'lose lose situation' - curiosity is a valuable commodity in fight promotion - Jew boy knows this and is raping it for all its worth. UFC wasn't built on losses, its not a charity, pure capitalist mentality brought this fight about. Case in point Kimbo.

Us talking about it, doesnt translate to us buying it. There is a huge gap in that line of thinking. Would I be interested in seeing the fight?? Not really, but I would be mildly interested in knowing who won.

As in anything making dumb business moves can end your business. Im not saying that this is a bad move on that level, but couple it with a couple more bad moves and the already sliding UFC could see an even faster decline. Keep in mind the rumors of White fixing fights are out there, with more and more options opening up, he will either have to start paying the talent or run the risk of losing them all.

I don't think any reasonable MMA fans are going to dump on Toney's performance if he KO's Couture. Aren't most of us saying that Couture is chinny, and Toney definitely has a chance if he gets an opportunity to connect?

However, beating Couture won't mean Toney is dominating. It'll be his first step in the UFC as Couture isn't a top heavyweight anymore.
