You mean like, his shoes werent worn properly, or that he hurt his hand, or that he was head butted, or that perhaps he was denied his preffered gloves?

Excuses fly around here all the time, dont act as if they dont fly around on the behalf of Pac too.

ok. now that this fight has been made, i should say that i really can't blame those who flamed pac for appearing to be leaning towards david diaz. i fully understood where you were coming from. you want pac to face the best match up possible and yall knew that david diaz will not bring out the best in pac.

i say enough of pointing fingers. props to acb for eating crow. we could all look forward to seeing a great fight come march. peace!

:rofl :rofl :rofl I may not agree with what Divac is saying but i respect what he is saying. he makes sense on what he writes. The other two, I have no comments. I don't want to make enemies :D

Some people don't answer you and just start name calling, saying some bull **** stuff, and other non-sense things! :huh

To be honest....JMM is better fighters than both Joan and Juan Diaz. He may be older, but his skill and experience are 10 fold mo'better :D than either of the two 135 fighters. Not that they suck or aren't any good, they just aren't on the level that PAC and JMM are on.

"SHOULD":huh Supporting your family is somthing one should do! But this is boxing and a BUSINESS...What PAC should do is make decision that make the most finanical sense unless he's looking to secure his legacy.....but he's still young and has a long career ahead of him. Taking on JMM isn't something he HAD to do or SHOULD have done. he did it b/c he is going to be getting more $$$ or he feels this will do more for his legacy than a fight with either Joan or Diaz. When you are a boxer on this level you have OPTIONS! What he "Should" do and what YOU think he "SHOULD" do are vastly different.

Its absolutely the right call. the Wnner should face the possible guzman vs valero winner.

If Pac can come out of that scenario? He' the legit #1 P4P fighter and a UNIFIED and real 130 Champ with one hell of a lasting legacy.

What's there to twist? Who are you to say who any Pro fighter should or should not be fighting. JMM isn't the only name out there nor is he the only stiff challenge. So to say PAC has an obiligation to fight JMM is ******ed. THis fight was a fight the "SHOULD" have happened a long time ago. in an immediate rematch. Time has changed and there are plenty of options and good fights that PAC can make.

At 130 there is no one else to beat and JMM is the best at that weight. So you have a valid point that the fight makes sense...but so does capturing anther belt in a higher and more lucrative weight class. Like I said....PAC has many options that make sense both financial and in terms of his legacy.

Elite fighters are suppose to fight elite fighters....but there are more top level fighters than just JMM. I WANT TO SEE THIS REMATCH BADLY! The only reason why I'm debating is b/c it's so crazy to say that this is the only fight that PAC SHOULD take. This fight, J. Diaz, Joan, Valero and many others are just as good of fights.

This fight should have happened right after the first fight when JMM got that bogus decision and PAC was the one really forcing the rematch and JMM wanted no parts of it. The timing makes sense and so does the story surrounding this rematch...BUT....fighting JMM is Not his only option.

You don't have to give him credit if you don't want to, but what you do have to realise is that if you were saying before the announcement that Pac was scared of Marquez, you have now officially been proved to be an idiot.

That would be valid if this was BASKETBALL...but this is NOT basketball or NASCAR...this is boxing. We should be talking "apples to apples" NOT "Apples to oranges".

I see where you were trying to go, but there are many variables that won't supply your equation with a valid conclusion. Boxing is not a Team sport! Basketball doesn't have judges who score buckets, There is less wear and tear in Basketball than in boxing. And even at times when the NBA teams are working up to the Finals they have to play lesser teams or teams that "SEEM" to be less of a risk...or Teams that are HIGH RISK. Those are some similarities.
