Recent interview with Marcin Recovski:There is a good chance that the September 26 episode of Polsat Boxing Night in Lodz in fight Martin Rekowski (16-1, 13 KOs), a former contender for the title of world heavyweight champion Mariusz Wach (30-1, 16 KOs). Competitors have expressed preliminary interest in this duel. Until recently you said that you do not want to fight with Mariusz Wach, because you are friends outside the ring. Has anything changed in this regard? Marcin Rekowski: If there is a concrete proposal and everything goes wrong, it will fight the fight. I talked about this with Mariusz, both podeszlibyśmy to how to sporting challenges, without unnecessary emotions. They are already started official talks on this issue? I received a call from Polsat, so the first call is for us. Something has begun, but the fight is still a long way to go. The most important factor in the negotiations will be money? There is no denying that there is a very good show at the gala, but really we all want to make money. For sure, to do such a struggle occurred in the portfolio must all agree. Is there a chance that zaboksujesz before a possible duel with Wach? I would like to, because I like to be active. The more I fight, the better I boxes. Last year I fought best when I fought the battle for battle. You returned to training after a gala in Gliwice? All the time I train, I maintain the form and wait for a message about a fight. I like to fight often, so I am ready, if necessary, to move more strongly with the preparations
dismantled? Hardly. I recall Golota was winning but succumbed to exhaustion. He was a corpse anyways, at their respective peaks Golota was several levels about Saleta.
I will watch on tape delay. Who do you favor to win? I feel Povetkin can outwork Perez to a unanimous D.
Nah. Good opponent for Parker in this stage of his development. :good Saglam is decent.. People forget that he was taking in to Charr and easily won the 1st two rounds before quitting on his stool because of a shoulder injury. Other losses were against a still game Solis(this one was still a top 20ish HW) and Wallisch who's a very solid prospect. Also he has a very high KO ratio, Parkers team wouldn't be putting him in with a guy like this if they weren't confident in his abilities. Wilder didn't face guys like Saglam on the way up, that's for sure!
Most of Saglam's KOs are against no hopers, he fought a good round against Charr but did yo watch his fight with Solis? Solis did nothing for six rounds, it was like he didn't even wanna be there then he landed one single straight right and that's it. I don't think he has much to offer against Parker.
I will definately watch it friday night. Decent card with Kudryashov/Bivol and the Charr/Leapai match.
Saglam is decent, not a world beater but not a bum either. This isn't a bad opponent for Parker at this stage. Some people are just too critical and impossible to please.
Thanks.Povetkin.He will outwork him from fifth round and maybe will knock him down,to win wide unanimous decision.
