Go back and watch it. a true top HW would destroy this current version of Pulev with no difficulty whatsoever. And Pulev won that "title" from a 40 year old Manuel Charr of all people. It should also speak volumes that old Pulev still showcased much more resistance than the Kadiru who the Gassiev sycophants were all defending as a replacement opponent.

99% of the time, late replacements are exactly how they sound like, replacements. Dude was in the top 50, not top 500.
