    Hearn is a smart man he signed a new deal with SKY right before SKY takeover.Rupert Murdock gained full control of the company he built after Hearn signed new SKY deal.Under Murdock SKY wouldn't give good budget to Hearn for boxing bouts, so Hearn acted fast and signed a deal which can't be breached.

    P.S. That was some time ago, if anyone wonders.
