Always the Parker-hater. Browne will get pummelled. Chagaev had him in allsorts and that pudding was a decade out of form.

No hate, Browne has a stronger punch.

But he's very slow and somewhat crude.

Honestly I'm quite confident for Parker in this one, it plays to Parker's strengths stylistically.

Browne's biggest asset vs Parker is his power. But Parker has a much better chin than Browne which negates any advantage Browne has in power.

I think we saw the best Browne has to offer against Chagaev.... and he was behind before rallying to stop an old, fat, lazy Chagaev late. Even if he's able to replicate the performance(I find that unlikely) it's doubtful that he'll have enough to trouble a younger, fresher and more skilled Parker other than an outside punchers chance.

Yes. Furthermore from social media I get the feeling than Browne hasn't been training seriously for a while.

I doubt he'll even be at the same level as he was vs Chagaev, and to be honest that was not a good version of Chagaev anyway.

That's my impression as well... and yeah - had Chagaev actually taken the fight seriously, despite his being faded I doubt Browne would have won.

Chagaev while maybe not at his peak was still top 15 at least at the time and only a year older then Browne. In no way was that the best Browne has fought either but I actually thought it was a decent performance to recover and beat him on his hostile home turf, I'm not sure how many others would have come thru the way Browne did. Trying to beat Parker in New Zealand won't hold any fears for him although Parker would be a deserved favourite

I feel like it's a bit harder to say whether a HW fighter has a weak chin, because just about everyone at HW can punch.
