Kurtis Pegoraro/Eugen Buchmueller fight will now be for two minor titles. For the vacant WBO Oriental Heavyweight title and for the vacant WBC Asian Boxing Council.
"We have a lot of fighters. We have a lot of guys coming back. You got Luis Ortiz and Alexander Povetkin. I would love to get the opportunity back with some of them guys, the fights that people really want to see and due to their lack of responsibility, as far as being wise for the drugs they choose to put in their bodies that the fight didn't happen," Wilder told Cillian O Conchuir. "Hey, they back, why not? I would love to get back in the ring and mix it up with those guys. I can't wait for 2018. The heavyweight division is too exciting. We want go get in the ring and prove ourselves, as men, as warriors, as the best and I am one of the ones saying I am the best and I can't wait to prove to the world I am who I say I am.
Fury is doomed! He is currently determined to be back in 2018, though, with British rival, world champion Anthony Joshua, in his sights, and has been sharing footage online of his return to training. Fury has been shaving off the weight while training with friend and former world champion Ricky Hatton, who believes the heavyweight can bounce back strong. There is some heavy concern, because he's facing a 4 year ban in the hearing with UKAD. Fury has also been charged with failure to provide a sample in September last year. He must get through the hearing in one piece in order to reclaim his license to box. The 29-year-old was last seen in the back in November, when he traveled over to Germany to shock Wladimir Klitschko for the WBA, IBF, WBO, IBO world titles. After that win, Fury lost his IBF title for failure to make a mandatory defense against Czar Glazkov. Then he dropped the IBF, IBO, WBA titles to focus on his mental health, and then lost his boxing license after admitting to the British Board that he was abusing recreational drugs and alcohol. He had tested positive for cocaine. Source: box scene
If he wasn't 100% sure that he has this, he wouldn't be training. Huey was cleared, ans so will Tyson. He just has to go eat crow. and beg a bit. IMO.
No way..... He used roids...He tried to exclude the evidence from hearing and is basing his defense on mental issues and cocaine which is total BS and will have no success at the hearing because of all this.
Results round up: Heavyweight: Dennis Lewandowski/Zoltan Csala UD Cruiserweight: Arsen Goulamirian/Hamilton Ventura KO 3 Fabio Turchi/Demetrius Banks RTD 4
The big boys want that huge all UK fight between Fury and Joshua. And I'm not talking about promoters
Based on the fact that Huey is apparently cleared, this actually does not appear to be the case. He did use coke and admitted as much. He can ask for atime served on that.As for the initial accusation, Huey is fighting, so I am guessing that the diet defense worked.
