Light-sparring much smaller opponents(mostly movement) can be useful, in regards to Bensons question.

 

I think that Klitschko sparred with Tony Harrison in preparation for the Joshua fight.

 

Even just chasing a small guy around the ring while not throwing any punches is great preparation. Helps with cutting off the ring and movement in general. If can't see that well... Then you really DKSAB. Most top fighters regardless of weight class spar with all sorts of shapes and sizes.

 

Seriously ... he should try to make a fight in China. He has the style and optics for that market IMO.

 

Better performance from Romanov there, seen a couple of his other pro fights and thought he looked average but he looked good there.
