From Demerizen's facebook's account: Continue from where we left ... Match date # 15 Bless our Friday P.S. He will fight on September 15th against opponent to be determined but you would expect somebody from top 50.
Options 1. Goulamirian (23-0, 15KO, WBA interim) 2. Vlasov (42-2, 25KO, WBA international) 3. Glowacki (30-1, 19KO, former WBA World) 4. Masternak (41-4, 28KO) 5. Fayfer (23-0, 16KO) 6. Gassiev (26-1, 19KO, former IBF/WBA World) 7. Dorticos (22-1, 21KO, former WBA World) 8. Merhy (25-1, 21KO) 9. Altunkaya (30-1, 17KO) 10 Mikaeljian (24-0-1, 10KO) 11 Kashinsky (16-0, 15KO) 12 Wilson (19-0, 8KO, NABA) 13 Arslan (43-8, 28KO, former WBA World) 14 Akberbayev (17-0, 12KO, WBA Asian) 15 Okolie (9-0, 7KO, WBA continental) Top 3 is highly to completely unlikely, as are Gassiev and Dorticos. Guys like Kashinsky, fayfer and Okolie wouldn't take that leap if not for a title so that probably leaves guys like Merhy or one of the completely unknowns. Maybe master or old man Arslan...
Arslan wants big money they already offered him fight few times. Goloumirian would take fight but I doubt Lebedev wants that serious of a fight after big break from boxing. And I think Goulamirian would beat him convincingly. Goloumirian is too powerful and iron chinned for Lebedev but I don't think they will ever fight.
I absolutely hope the Charr/Oquendo fight goes ahead. It's been years in the making and will finally bring the saga to a close. Unless it's a draw or something, but even then Oquendo has got his court ordered fight.
Arsen Goulamirian vs. TBA, 12 rounds, for Goulamirian's WBA interim cruiserweight title in France on October 20th.
Lebedev vs Arslan would be great Lebedev is past his prime but so is Arslan Both have given us great fights to remember both are proven warriors who are usually pure fun to watch both have reached the last stage of their careers Damn! Would really love watch Lebedev VS Arslan .
It's a decent fight. Balski a decent fighter. Balski has decent resume for twelve fight pro. At least he will be competitive against Tervel, I think.
To be honest I think Fury beats Pulev and his team have to be very confident in that as well since Fury will travel to Bulgaria.
