Hope to see Kabayel pushed along this year after virtually being inactive last year.
Still no opponent named for Kennedy for his March 6th bout - so I suspect he won't be fighting on that date at all.
According to this -

- his Murphy Boxing promoters are trying to aggressively step up Kennedy in 2019. The article includes a quote by Kennedy calling out Darmani Rock. At this point I think you'd have to say that Kennedy has fought a couple guys in Santos and Caudle that are tougher than anybody Rock has faced yt - even if Caudle did get a Draw against him.
I'd guess he was pretty close to hitting his ceiling in Europe. I would have favored Kabayel to beat him and probably stop him.
He probably figures he can make better money in the USA being a step-up or rebound fighter.
Jerry Forrest (now 24-2) won a UD over Grover Young last week in an 8 round fight. Grover weighed in a bit lighter (241 lbs) than he has in the past few years (he's still too heavy - but he's been as high as 270 lbs) and managed to take a couple rounds off Forrest. Doesn't seem like there were any real fireworks in the fight, though, despite the controversies in their earlier fights.
Forrest's last couple opponents have been a bit more challenging than he's typically faced in recent years - so perhaps his people are finally making another attempt to step him up after his early-career bouts against Gerald Washington and Michael Hunter ended in defeats.
Pfeiffer is an extremely wayward fighter. Now and then he fights like a potential super champ and then he barely beats a limited no-hoper.Sure,I am speaking about the amateurs but he is too old to reinvent himself. There wont be a Pfeiffer 2.0 let alone 3.0
Yep!Think so,too. He deserves bigger fights
Ruiz should be able to stop him.Dimitrenko's defense is very leaky and his chin shaky but he can bang so that upcomming fight sounds promising
I,too, think that Kabayel beats Wallin.Smart business move by the swede to avoid Kabayel
Sam Peter won his last fight by 1st round KO over Gerardo Escobar.
I have high hopes for Efetebor Apochi. I think he comfortably beats likes of Takam, Browne, Kuzmin and Ajagba.
“It all depends on the situation with the Wilder-Joshua fight,” Sky Sports manager said. - He [Kovnatsky] seeks to fight for the title. There are plans to fight with Wilder in December 2019 or January 2020, but if Wilder meets with Joshua, then we have to wait. Wilder met with DAZN. I do not know how the negotiations went, and whether they intend to arrange this fight. But if not, the fight with Adam is in line. I talked to Al Haimon, and that's our plan. ”
Deontay Wilder’s next title defense of his WBC heavyweight belt against Dominic Breazeale won’t be taking place on DAZN as previously thought, according to Chris Mannix. Wilder’s co-manager Shelly Finkel has confirmed. Wilder 40-0-1, 39 KOs) is expected to reject DAZN’s 3-fight, $100 million offer.
Holy ****... Wilder is acting weird
