Do you realize that you're comparing apples and oranges?

The Cuban school is amateur boxing and the others pro. Also the latter two are more like styles.
The Cuban school is the best school to actually learn boxing.
That's why their 17 year olds win Gold medals.

This, Canelo is very technical. People seem to glance past this fact because he has slow feet though.

Cuban schools adopted Russian trainers in the heyday of Soviet PED use. Cubans still use Soviet era trainers and techniques. Cubans are just as doped as anyone.

    Lies.

Cuban medicine is light years ahead of the Soviets.
In fact, their life expectancy is way higher than the Russians due to their superior medical techniques.
Cuban athletes are clean while Russians are dirty.
Russia has a culture of cheating which is why their government collapsed, Massive cheating.
With the 50 year US embargo, Cubans don't dare to be caught cheating or the US would come down on them in a heartbeat.

Sure but let's not forget who are the worst PED users in boxing. Americans of course.

    James Toney (Boldenone & stanozolol)
    Shane Mosley (Tetrahydrogestrinone)
    Roy Jones Jr (Androstenedione)
    Antonio Tarver (Drostanolone)
    Lamont Peterson (Synthetic Testosterone)
    Fernando Vargas (Stanozolol)
    Andre Berto (Norandrosterone)
    Sadam Ali (Cathine)
    Mickey Bey
Evander Holyfield (Elevated testosterone, HGH & saizen)

BTW isn't Luis Ortiz Cuban you failed abortion?

Luis Ortiz failed a drug test in Nevada, tested positive for the steroid nandrolone in his pre-fight urine sample and his victory against Lateef Kayode was overturned. Ortiz was suspended by Nevada State Athletic Commission.

The worst steroid cheats in history is the one currently banned from the Olympics. I don't recall any other entire nation having this honour except Russia.
There are over 350M people in America, yet your list contains 10 names.
What percentage is that. less than 0.0000000001%?

Effectiveness per style comes down to the boxer that uses it. If you're a reasonably fast boxer, with a long reach and questionable punch resistance, then Mexican style isn't for you. Same goes for a boxer with oppositie trades fighting Cuban style

Those are the most prominent American boxers who were caught using PEDs, obviously there are much more less known American boxers who were juiced to the gills as well.

When will you give me the names of Russian boxers who are supposedly PED users? Can you come up with 10 names? No you can't. Case closed.
