Sure he would ..I mean the only version Floyd would have the balls to fight is the current Hagler so you may be right !:good

Mayweather KO 3 Hagler. He'll do what Hearns tried to do. Suck on that, troll.

Floyd isn't a middleweight. The size difference is to much. Hagler by stoppage.

Doubt this fight would happen, Hagler is way too big for Floyd.

Really? Lots of Hagler nostalgics in here. Fat, over the hill Duran was able to take Hagler to the absolute limit. Hagler had slow feet, slower hands. OK power but it was accumulative type of stoppages he'd garner. He was very economical and nothing he ever threw was particularly surprising or new. You have to be dynamic to beat Floyd

Hagler was far too slow of hand, foot, and head movement and would be outboxed handily over 12 rounds. He might stand a chance in a 15 rounder though if we go that route.

Even then Floyd could most likely adjust midway through the fight and still be able to take over by timing Hagler's pretty predictable jabs and 1-2's.

I also think it's fairer to use the Floyd that fought Oscar since I felt it was the more capable one.

If floyd ducked pacquiao, what do you think floy would demand just to avoid this fight?

Great post!Hagler was tough and strong but I think if Floyd weathers the early storm,he would frustrate and out box Hagler.Of course there is the possibility that Hagler is just too strong and beats up Floyd but based on styles I think Floyd could win a decision.
