Boxing is the gayest sport ever, everybody knows it. The percentage of in the closet homos€xuals is mind-boggling. You need to have homos€xual tendencies to keep going to the gym where it reeks of mens sweat and all you see all day is half-naked men when you also have the option to not go there and get some pu$$y instead. Cus was married, adopted Tyson. Cus wanted Kevin Rooney to train Tyson after he died, that appears to be the reason that Teddy Atlas hates so much....................Rooney was the trainer for Tyson, nobody could do better or nearly as good, except Cus himself..............

No, in fact I feel like an alien every time I enter the subculture that is boxing. That is the reason why I can't bring myself to go the gym regularly, the latent homosxuality coupled with the insane amount of homophobia makes me sick, its like a place full of frustrated people that can't accept their sxuality and hate themselves.

The amount of nonsense in this thread is mind numbing. It's crazy that someone can't look at the situation at Catskill during that time and see it for what it was, a chance meeting of some of the most colorful, interesting figures in boxing history. The team was so shrouded in mystery and Cuz was so paranoid that questions about the ins and outs at Catskill will always be in question. What you can't question is the insane amount of talent and boxxing knowledge the place had.
I have no idea if Cus was gay or not,but he certainly was a nutter and surrounded himself with strange individuals.Atlas,Jacobs,Tyson,Benitez,Rooney and other like minded wierdo's seem to flock to this eccentrics house in the Catskills.
