Damn right Froch got robbed: Why are they keepin Kessler around?

Maybe you shouldn't be watchin fights if you can't tell that Kessler's punches were hittin nothin but gloves and air.

And what's sad is that was the best Kessler you will ever see.

The mother ****er ain't that good.

He missed most of his punches, was hurt on more than one occasion, and was done by round 12, tryin to hold on.

 

I agree with you on one thing, that Kessler isn't that good, at least not anymore. Which makes Froch look even worse, given that he just lost to him (yup, he lost, no robbery, just plain lost).

 

Hendo seriously what fight were you watching? Most people that actually know about boxing know Kessler won the fight! I had money on Froch. I have met Carl Froch. l even Like Carl Froch but anyone thinks Carl Froch won that fight knows absolutely NOTHING about boxing. Kessler won the fight CLEARLY. There are some close rounds that could be scored either way but Kessler was the busier of the two. He landed more punches and he landed just as many power shots. I scored it 115-113 Kessler. Round 5 was the only round in the first 8 that Froch won clearly. After 8 Kessler was 4 rounds up. Those are the facts. Plain and simple. I don't know who this guy is, but he has scored the fight perfectly after 8 in running commentary. The last 4 hmmmm, but the first 8 he has scored correctly read carefully. Rob McCracken in an interview with the BBC said said he felt Froch did not do enough to win the fight. So Most experts have it for Kessler, Most Eastside Forumities have it for Kessler and Froch's trainer has it for Kessler. What more proof do you want man!!??

 

Four points:

1. Kessler did hurt Froch with body shots, Froch even admitted it himself. Also, people seem to disregard the fact that Kessler did a good job going to the body from start to finish, and probably that's the reason Froch kept going backwards throughout the fight.

2. Froch's face also didn't look good after the fight. His nose was busted and apart from that he was blinking all the time, clearly bothered by the shots he got hit with.

3. Robbery means a clear win via dominating performance going the other way. This is not the case here, it was a close fight. Yes Froch showed some pretty good boxing skills and managed to 'outbox the boxer' very effectively in some of the rounds, but he didn't dominate his opponent, to call it a robbery.

4. If by 'it's lights out' you mean he will get knocked out by Green, I have to doubt it. Kessler has eaten quite a few bombs throughout the super-6 and if anything he has shown an excellent chin.

 

He wants his bunghole to stop stinging.

 

Most people that have an emotional attachement to Kessler thought he won the fight.

I don't give a **** about either man, but I do know boxing.

And Froch controlled his ass from the outside, Kessler was sloppy on the inside, only had aggression, that's IT, and Froch punished his ass and had Kessler lookin beat up as he landed the harder cleaner shots.

It was bull****.

Hendo if you think Froch won that fight you know nothing about boxing...I lost money on that fight. I thought Kessler was shot but he showed alot of heart in there last night and he gutted out the win. Neither man aint winning this. Just a matter of how far they can go.

Cuz I saw that Kessler was aimin high, threw the punch, and Froch ducked into it.

He wasn't even aimin at Froch there, he just got lucky.

Kessler has **** for accuracy.

He looked like a desperate man. And that's the only reason he "won" the fight. Which like I said was bull****.

 

there was a lot more both fighters could have done as well. no robbery. just a tough, close fight.
