I'm relatively pasty but anything but chubby and I don't think any amount of weight training and steroids would give me that level of muscle definition.

Yeah its possible, not only was he a well trained work out fiend back then who lived and breathed fitness, he was immensely genetically blessed. There may not be plenty of guys like that, but its way more probable than the real steroid driven bodybuilders of this age. Roy was naturally lean and supernaturally fit to boot. I remember moving to Virginia and running on the track team there with a few 16 year old boys who were already on their way to looking ridiculously fit like that.

But he looked awesome, didn't he?
