Dan Rafael being objective as ever...

    I am no fan of Rafael but what is the problem here Jack? Haye talked and talked for almost 3 years promised to beat both Klitschko's, promised exciting fights, and then stunk the joint out against Valuev and Wlad by refusing to engage, back peddling, throwing himself to the ground and throwing 11.9 punches a round against Valuev and not many more than that against Wlad.

    Haye conned the whole British public. he got a huge payday and didn't even try to fight much less win. It was a Disgrace to the sport. Everything Fat Dan Rafael is saying is justified.

    My two favorite fighters are PBF and Vitali Klitschko. Both Iron Chinned Warriors. Sorry. :lol::lol::lol:

    When I think of what your typical fat armchair keyboard warrior would look like Dan Rafael always comes to mind ! I'm not the biggest David Haye fan either but come on the guy was the undisputed CW Champ and he was also the HW weight champ of the world you've gotta respect that ! Mr Rafael on the other has probably only ever won a pie eating contest ! Rant over

    No, he held a title. He was never THE guy (that was Wlad), and Wlad should have had Haye's belt before too, if not for the WBA stripping Chagaev.

    Except nobody is paying to see Rafael fight. He isn't a manager, a promoter or a fighter. He has no bearing on the industry and is just an annoying man with a tiny bit of fame. If I make a post saying "Manning is a wanker", does that mean it's good for the sport? Of course not.

    Rafael is an insult to boxing. The idea that a fat slob has the right to question the heart of any fighter is ridiculous.

    People like Thomas Hauser do the sport proud. Rafael insults it.

    Yes and Haye admitted Wlad was the better man and apologized for the excuse. He's been respectful to Wlad since the loss. Haye talked a lot but then he ended it.

    However, after such a long period, Rafael is still on about it. Why? It's done with.

    You used "the." He was a HW titlist, and wrongly so. Wlad was always the champ during Haye's HW run.

    the funny thing is....as critical as he is about floyd...and as great as he has been towards manny...the guy still penned an article around a month ago in which he specifically places blame on bob arum for the fight not happening again.....and mannys fans try to act like it doesnt exist and try to refute the claim....

    now i agree with you...rafael sucks....but this guy has been so critical of floyd and quick to praise manny...when he writes what he wrote about the subject....you should take notice
