No. HW champ = the guy, the #1, and that is/was Wlad. HW titlist = anyone who picks up a major belt, which is far less impressive.
When I say Undisputed CW champ and DID NOT mention the word undisputed when I said HW champ you didn't know what I ment ???? Oh and picking up a HW belt is pretty impressive
Not when you win it in a match you arguably didn't win and take it off a guy who shouldn't have had the belt in the first place.
So what if he's in threads defending Wladimir, you're always in them bashing him. It all evens out in the end..................
Dan is the best info man in the business. But he's often biased, unprofessional and disrespectful towards fighters (and participants in his weekly chat too). I think it's only a matter of time before someone ***** slaps him.
His journalistic articles don't use the abrasive tone of his blogs and weekly chat, but those clearly aren't meant to be the same forum of discussion. People mix the two up a lot.
They often do when regarding someone like Haye, who he despises. And he certainly had an abrasive tone this weekend on Epix when Haye came up for discussion. "He said his toe was hurt, well I'm working today..and my finger is hurt."
Oh yeah, he definitely can be unprofessional at times in regards to Haye, but frankly Haye deserves it with how he acted. And the other announcers (Roach and whatshisface) weren't exactly kind to Haye either.
Completely agree with the original post. If Vitali or Wlad had a broken toe we'd be hearing what warriors they are.
Wlad injured his left hand against Ruslan Chagaev. And won the fight actually. He dominated and stopped his opponent. Haye's BRITISH ***** ASS ***** fought like a British loud mouth ***** he is and embarrassed himself and his gullible/imbecile fans.
I know this was directed at someone in particular but....Holyfield definetly beats Haye's 3 fight run.
