    Floyd is just to inactive. I mean Pac fights every 3-4 months while Floyd has been fighting once a year for the last few years.
    IMO it's impossible for Floyd to pass up Pac based on activity, and other than his close fight with JMM.. Pac has been dominant.
    I'm not gonna go back and check, but let's say.... In the span of 1 year Mayweather beats Mosley. In the span of one year for Pac he beats Mosley, Margarito, and Cotto. Floyd would need to cover a lot of ground IMO, put on some fantastic fights, and Pac needs to keep struggling for him to get passed up at this point.
