I don't know about PPV buy rates but my personal observations are that MMA is growing rapidly. The BJJ competitions here in Australia are getting bigger and bigger every year, your claim people are sick of the grappling is base less. MMA gyms are popping up like McDonalds...it's rare that I hear about new boxing gyms opening. Boxing has a great product but is being severely mishandled due to a lack of central leadership. You could argue that the UFC is more recognisable to the general public than any of the boxing sanctioning bodies.
Their father was connected. Doesn't mean that they are and it's not like they fix fights, but they come from that money.
