Does he fit in near the ass end of the list? He certainly registered plenty of great wins, making the most out of very few natural physical tools.

Nah..his career was to stop start..He got outclassed throughout different points in his career, sometimes by guys who werent particularly good or in their prime.

The tailend of his career had an excellent wag though..I could find a spot for him in the top150 I reckon..but to me he seems to be a long way off cracking the 100.

His resume is not compartively that strong and his H2H ability is only so so. The top 100 has a a lot of very very good fighters in it and so it should.

    Nah.

He was one of those guys who was good enough to be "around" for a long time, but usually fell short against the upper echelon of opponents (ie: Lora, Fenech, Patterson, Morales). The one exception to that was Wayne McCullough.

i do understand your question, zaragoza does have a silver lining, it is a great feat to win a world title at almost 40 years old. thats something that only a very good fighter and even more, it is unheard of to do it at a lower weight class like super bantamweight where the fall of threat is in your mid 30's.

-very close competitive fight with morales
    -4 time title holder
-beat and drew with 10 world champions
    -olympian

i think he's up there. but so are 100 others... for all i know a guy as great as jeff fenech or yoko gushiken could be #100 and i think they accomplished more the daniel.

    top 120 i think.

He's a hall of famer, but nah, he's not top 100 material.

if there were 100 boxers in a room he is on the doorstep smoking a cigarette.

he coudl win alot of head 2 head matches but he could be beaten, guys like terry norris, joel casamayor, are in the same bag. great careers but you dont know if they could beat the top 100.

remember people 100 boxers from almost a century and a half. is a massive achievement to be anywhere near that. and zaraoza does this...people forget how big a ladder some fighters climb.

not you although you are 2 (i think)

he is Bernstein trained as i watched his fight with McCullough and thought wait a minute this guy is like JMM but southpaw and then saw that guy Nacho stick his head throuh the ropes and put vaseline in Daniels eyes
