How about Garcia vs. Morales II with Khan vs. Prescott II topping the undercard? That way we get to see El Terrible get his final payday/title shot, AND see Khan's glass shattered again. Best of both worlds!

I think it's more his discipline that needs work. If Khan refrained from fighting like a dumbass for longer stretches, as he has in the past against Judah, Malignaggi, the first half of the Maidana fight, Kotelnik, then he'll win as I predicted him to the first time around. As you say, he has the tools. He needs to go back to the mold Roach carved out for him post-Prescott.
Judah and Maidana weren't winging those awkward-angle perfectly timed hooks (that he has trouble seeing coming), though, and Malignaggi and Kotelnik lacked the power to get him in trouble with a clean shot anyway.
Khan just aint strong enough to beat Garcia, he relies on fighting smaller guys he can bully. Every time he's stepped up he's been knocked out.
He doesn't have the power to keep Garcia off him, and has poor defense. Garcia will get to him at some point and knock him out again.
khan has no chin or neck whatsoever he's a one trick pony of speed, but without a chin or ring intelligence plus he's arrogant which makes it all so much worse at this point with his fights he's just losing and getting ktfo, he's done
