How was he a 160 pound fighter, because he was tall? He started his career at WW, never missed or had trouble making weight, and stayed there nearly 10 years until he cleaned up 147 then moved up to make history. Was Alexis Arguello a natural 140 pounder cause he was taller than Aaron Pryor? Don't understand this logic.
Tito...a 160 fighter who just drained himself? Well, while you are entitled to form an opinion, thankfully what you post has no basis in reality.
Nothing to do with height. Tito was a stellar welterweight but are you telling me he was a small man? Also Pryor was overrated, Tito was much greater.
It's false because you say so? The heck kind of BS is that? As Bobby says.....2 can play that game....
Well officially I should applaude you as this is the 1st post I think you've ever done in which you haven't mentioned the ATG Wlad Klitschko.... Also it's simple logic Klittard
No its an opinion. ...just as yours is the opinion that he is not.....there's nothing stupid in either opinions.
Pryor is a top 5 ATG JWW and a h2h monster for anyone who ever competed in that weight. Tito wasn't a small man, but to say he was a natural 160 pounder is false. He was 27 before he made the full jump to 154 after having stayed at 147 all of his career. The WW's back then were bigger than today, with the only recent examples from the modern era being Williams, Cintron and Margarito who weren't really that good compared to their midget counterparts. From the 80's to the 90's you had fighters like Milton McCrory, Mark Breland, DLH, Hearns, Leonard, Curry and Tito who were big, great WW's.
