Yeah, My Wifes mother died of cancer and my grandfather on my fathers side died of stomach cancer. My dad said he shriveled up to nothing and weighed under 100 lbs when he died. My father passed on as well from heart complications and severe diabetes that he wasent diagnosed with until he was 45. Both sides of my family are riddled with diabetes and here I am turning 41 in April . Bleh. Sorry for your losses guys. and I hope Danny stays in remission.
WOW in my time participating in various forums, from different sports and things in life I have never been so disgusted then I have now by the words you typed in your reply.
I just read the article. Never was high on him previously, but now I'm a fan. I hope he can KO the cancer and come back and make noise in the sport. :good
A student at the school I work at was hit and killed by a drunk driver this past Halloween night while trick or treating. The next day a student proclaimed to anyone who would listen that this 12 year old girl deserved to die. He was mercilessly beaten by several students and is now enrolled at a behavior school. This is what I am wishing upon you now. The adult version of being mercilessly beaten and sent to behavior school.
at least one of your parents is probably dead and/or you have serious problems or have had serious problems in your home.
So sorry..:verysad I genuinely Hope He makes it... Even if you get rid of it for moment it comes back worse.. I know.. :verysad Come on Danny there are so great things waiting for you.. I feel sorry for you...
Heartbreaking article although there is no valid excuse for a guy of his means not to have health coverage and get regular checkups; especially if he is using his body to make a living. I've cheered for him from the first time I saw him fight. Hopefully he makes a full recovery and leads a productive life.
My feelings are like the rest of you guys here. I was a Danny Jacobs fan, now I'm an even bigger Danny Jacobs fan. Sidenote: I wonder if Anthony Dirrell has reached out to him? I know I would and I'd give him encouragement.
