Vic is a bad man. Arce is one of my faves though. Both have a lot of pride and this is going to be an awesome fight. I wouldn't llike to make either of them mad. One thing is for sure though both will be going for a KO!!!!!! I love this sport!!!!!!!!!:happy
that sucks...now we have 5 months of crappy threads about it...lets see, at least 2 a day, times times 150 days...300 threads to look forward to
If this is true, I guess Montiel vs. Donaire will be the co-main event. Tho Donaire is a 112 champ, he's a big 112 pounder. Montiel, Donaire and Arce are with Top Rank. Arum is planning to hostage all the belts at 115. Arum will have 2 chances of making it by pitting Arce first against Vic then if it fails, Vic will face the winner of Montiel-Donaire.
Might not be on the same card but maybe same night (just like last weekend) or fighting just weeks apart to set-up the mega fight for the 4 belts unification. But if Arce wins against Vic, Arum may forego the unification and milk his champs against lesser opposition. Arum is a shrewd promoter you know.
:think Yeah I think it is a toss up. I would have favored Arce a while a go but he seems to be slipping so its 50-50 atleast how i see it.
Yeah,I'd go with Arce,he is bigger, stronger but it would be a pick'em.Donaire might try to box but Jorge would be all over him.I'm not impresssed with Donaire that much.
Donaire fought most of his fights at 115. He even fought as high as 120. He only moved down to 112 to avenge his bro's loss to Vic and successfully humiliated Vic with a KO and upset of the year trashing. Even at 115, Donaire is still a big super flyweight.
