    he certainly wasnt spouting all that when he boxed for the GB team and england also if im not mistaken...

    It just annoys me if he said listen i'm English and Irish i want to win this for my people in both countries i could hack it but it's like he tries overly to be Irish. Next he be saying in pre fight interview ''I tink i got a great chance, tink he there for taking''

    I'm exact same as him with regards to Scotland. Family from Glasgow and i'm born and brought up in London. I claim i'm from both and i'm British and proud.

    BTW great point Cheeky.

    I see the fight in a different light, i think it is going to be very one sided, a boxing clinic and Macklin will be running into that jab all night. I give Macklin a punchers chance thoe. :good

    "Amazing". Dear god. That is a horrendous thing to state.

    There is at least, at least 10 fighters with better jabs than him. I posted a list of fighters a couple of weeks ago and nobody had any complaints. You are the prime example of somebody who's overrated Sturm. If he's that good, then I want you to explain to me why he needed the benefit of some dodgy judging against Gevor, and was fortunate to get a draw against ****ing Randy Griffin.

    I don't give him much of a chance at all. Sturm's not all that, but he's still abundantly better than Macklin. All I've states is that the majority of the Brit forum have overrated him, and without doubt he has been.

    as long as he doesn't come out with any "dat was a deadly performance so it was, to be sure"...that'll really annoy me.

    Well, that depends. Were you born in England yet still consider yourself Welsh? If so, then no you may not mention the Welsh achievements at the European championships.
