    This.

Everyone slating Allen needs to remember that Whyte isn't up to all that much himself. Will be a fun enough fight between two domestic level operators.

I was at the public workout in Leeds today. Dillian Whyte looked massive in comparison to Dave Allen. Good luck to Allen but my money is going on the Body Snatcher!

Also with the Ingle Gym focus on the Brook - GGG fight does any one know who will be in Dave Allen's corner on Saturday? Junior Witter looked pretty involved at today's workout.

Junior Witter? I can't imagine his surly temperament and huge ego to be well suited to the training game. Still, far worse fighters have made good trainers in the past I guess...

Whyte is absolutely woeful. Sloppy and comes in fat. His chin was cracked badly vs Femi so who knows what happens if Allen lands one clean which I'm sure will happen at some point. Allen looks dismal himself, struggling with journeymen.

    Two very poor fighters here.

    Different body shapes though.

Isn't Allen (despite being listed smaller) actually taller than Whyte?

Allen seems to carry most of his weight in his jumbo legs, which was why he was such an accomplished athlete who could run 100 metres sub 10.5 seconds?

Obviously, diffent physiques are required for different disciplines, but Whyte gassing after 2 rounds when he'd hurt Joshua very significantly was both alarming and disappointing.

If Whyte hasn't taken his fitness seriously (and photos of him in Greggs today suggest he maybe hasn't ) he's in for another long, grim night IMO.

I wondered who had cleared them out of steak bakes. Lol. Joking apart you can get decent odds on Dave Allen winning at 7/2, with Whyte 1/6 on. I'm still going with Whyte but will not be taking them short odds.

Looking forward to this one. Still undecided on actual ability between the 2 fighters. But nonetheless should be a decent little tear up.

Seems to me that Dave Allens game plan is expecting Whyte to gas up and throw silly, erratic shots. So Allen can tick him off later rounds. We shall see!

Also hello to all. I am a newbie!:hi: :good

Dave Allen is a useless doorman. Whyte KO's him inside a few rounds.

The more interviews and stuff I read that involve Whyte, the more I grow to dislike him. So I'm an Allen fan on the night but I do expect a fairly early Whyte KO

He has a massive chip on his shoulder about life in general. Don't understand what his problem is.

Yeah, I agree. He's been quite disrespectful to Allen, which is fine, but I'm pretty sure he's going to be Whyte's best win...
