that may be, but so is joe. joe fought a select group at a select time. this guy is begging for all of them. their careers are going to develop differently.

Morrell is the overrated one. He almost lost his last fight.

Benavidez is far better than Lacy was, this would be his toughest fight. Benavidez is a lot bigger than Lacy was too.

All the more reason Benavidez should beat him easy...

Mark Anthony...agree...not really confident in the statement. it could go bad for Joe. one of those matches I would love to see but...never will.

Plant was dancing around a 22 foot ring, and using an illegal extended guard, which is why Benavidez struggled to get off against him. Saying Benavidez has slow hands is laughable. Also comparing the styles of Plant and Joe is also laughable considering they basically fight the opposite way. Plant is an outside pure boxer, while Joe does his thing on the inside and mid range, and Benavidez is a killer on the inside.

Ye cool. Benavidez would walk through Joes pitty patter.

And Benavidez threw 942 punches vs Gavril. Using the Plant fight as the standard is again completely ignoring fighter styles. Benavidez spent half the fight trying to fight Plant, that would not be a problem with Joe who would be there from the opening bell.
