David vs Goliath did amazing numbers, not because of Sky, because of Haye being on every day time chat/quiz show for about a month before the fight, usually accompanied by his life size card board cut out of Valuev.

well Chambers got paid $1 mil dollars to fight Klitschko and i think the public really bought into Haye Valuev it was the freak show side of it so a few million seems about right payday for the popularity scale and significance of the fight bearing in mind Heavywieghts get paid more its just the rule anybody knows what Klitschko or Valuev got paid for their respective fights?

The Scene of Boxing reckons Haye Valuev did 'Approx 800,000 buys'

800,000 buys was widley reported on most boxing sites, thats just SBO by the way, of which most said Haye's contract had him receiving £5 out of every £15, making him a cool £4mill off Sky alone.

:lol: Oh yeah thanks:good, yes a great trailer that, simple but created anticipation.

"Haye living the spartan lifestyle, honing his skills in the wilderness preparing himself for the infallible giant with the wobbly chin"

Shame David's 'back' insured by Setanta wasn't infallible

Saying that.....All good things come to he who waits.

It's fairly flash to begin with, but then it looks like they ran out of budget.

It was gay.... but in a horribly likeable cheesy way.

Plus Hayes "glass back" is insured by Windowleen.
