    Theres a title for the thread starter, and that is "Glory Supporter," as in, regardless of the context of the fight, the winner is the only one who matters.

    It's frustrating and it's not in the spirit of boxing. I think Haye did alright, probably better then I thought he'd do. I'm gutted he lost but will admit he lost to the better fighter, but like it or not, Haye was a genuine threat to Wlad for the full 12 rounds of the fight, which is a hell of a lot more than anyone has been towards Wlad for a very, very long time.

    He showed some excellent skill at evading Wlad's punches and was able to throw some threatening individual punches. He didn't demonstrate enough of an offensive ability to win the rounds but he didnt get KO'd, he did take some very heavy punches and he was able to land some good punches.

    I personally don't want to see Haye retire, I think he's got more to offer. Rematch with Wlad, maybe fight Vitali, I'd still certainly make the effort to watch the fight and I still wouldn't rule him out.
