If he retires this year, without facing either Klitschko, will he make the HOF?

not exactly a murderer's row of opponents. I don't think the klitschko situation will be looked upon favorably when it's all said and done. unified and lineal CW champ for a bit but has had less than 35 fights. I don't think so.

I believe Haye had the potential to make a good name for himself in the heavyweight division; unfortunately his achievements so far are not enough to warrant him an HOF place. Shame really! :nonono

No, although he could be if he ever gets his act together and does what he 'said' he set out to do at heavy, which was clean the division out.

10 more wins over HW top 10s and yes, or go back to cruiser and regain the title, and make 10 consecutive defenses and yes, but unless he does either of those things, HELL ****ING NO.

If Haye manages to beat both Klitscho then I would say he deserves to be in the HOF. But right now, it's a no if he retires without facing Klitscho.

Not worthy of the HOF, but he will be inducted because worse fighters were inducted as well...
