I have to agree. Kabayel is very well rounded. But he isn't fast. And the guys he has fought so far can't take advantage of that.

Haye was very very quick and had a big left hook. If Kabayel tries to box Haye off the back foot, i think Haye will out speed him. If Kabayel tries to break Haye down by attacking his body, he has a better chance but again, he risks running into huge fast counters up top.

The hook that Haye destroyed Chisora with is one of my all time favourites. Just an awesome punch. I think he would land something similar on Kabayel.

Idk if you watched the Smaciki fight, but that guy was pretty quick and Kabayel looked pretty limited in it.

I suspect Kabayel will struggle against guys with good footwork as he won't be able to utilise his body-shot arsenal as effectively.

I don't know. There is a lot of Haye support on here, and I am a fan of the guy, but Kabayel is pretty rugged, whereas Haye was capable of being quite frail. Haye had that beautiful combo of hand-speed and power, and an excellent defense, but he just never beat a ballsy heavy like Kabayel.

Don't even bother citing Chisora. Agit beat Chisora before he even found his hallmark body-punching.

I see this as an either-way.

Personally I think Haye is a bit overrated.

Haye in his Cruiserweight days had alot of trouble vs Mormeck, Fragomeni, two shorter pressure fighters the Fragomeni fight especially was a life and death struggle.

Whilst Haye had some stand out attributes like his speed, power.

He wasn't really a good technical boxer.

And his chin, stamina, were questionable aswell.

I haven't seen enough of Kabayel to make him a firm favourite over Haye.

But Kabayel apart from Wladimir of course would be Haye's best opponent at Heavyweight by quite some margin.

And whilst Haye's victory over Chisora is an underrated win due to the fact Haye is the only one to stop Chisora early.

I think Kabayel's body punching and pressure could exploit Haye's suspect chin and stamina.
