Because the best way to punish Haye is to deny him another undeserved multi-million dollar payday. Vitali is going to sell out the stadium no matter who he fights. He's losing nothing by choosing another opponent and gains nothing by choosing Haye. Its not as if fighting the cowardly, limited, previously exposed sissy David Haye is going to add to his legacy.
