boxingscience, don't treat me like a fool ok! no sparring is not what i go on. i'm just telling u what supposedly happened alright. my point is if it is true, then it is very worrying for haye especially if he had trouble while wearing headgear. i think u just have to worry that haye has not been in with anybody that hits like meehan does. in regards to meehans loss to rahman, meehan was reportedly very ill in the lead up days to the fight but decided not to withdraw from fear of not getting another chance to prove himself. if u watch the fight u can see quite early that he was struggling fitness wise and rahman is not somebody u want to allow to use u as a punching bag. to meehans credit he copped something like 60 power punches in the last round and still didn't go down. it took only one shot to put lewis in disneyland.
Poor old Kali wont go so well in this one I reckon...just to slow and hittable. But as much as I like Haye, I think he could get beaten by someone like Kali if he ****s around to long before taking on the Klits. A bigger heavyweight with a good punch who could outlast him. I dont know thats always how Ive seen Haye's heavyweight foray ending, a little unexpectedly. Dont want to see that though...I like him, win or lose he is good value most of the time and he is a bit of a breath of fresh air for a division I usually dont have much time for.

Dont be a pr*ck all your life!!!! The Haye haters keep putting on videos of Haye being stopped by Carl Thompson in only his 10th pro fight as if it means something. We have also seen the Haye haters put on a video of Haye being ko`d when he was a skinny amateur as if it means something. But the suggestion that Meehan could beat Haye is outrageous and stupid from morons who have not got a clue about boxing but just hate Haye. The general forum is becoming a nasty place full of xenophobic racists when talking about David Haye.
I think Chagaev will comfortably win his fight vs Meehan and then we won´t need to think about this topic anymore.
