Now with Teper fight NC, he has a psychological boast to comeback with a new plan :bbb He has to start his S&C and have the proper strategists around him, he didn't reach his peak yet :smoke
If hes lucky he might get TT back for the trilogy. Tony is just about shot/old/fat enough for Price to get the win.
In all seriousness though. Id like to see Price active. Sure, his chin is suspect, but he has legit power, so you're always sure of a fun fight
Will he needs to reach 22-2-0 (KO 22) first, then make sure he is ready to join LL as one of the few fighters to defeat every man they faced
He and Kayode should fight, and/or form a "we got KTFO ice cold early but it doesn't count because the other guy was popped for PED use and it got changed to a NC" support group.
Kayode would surely be at leas the 3rd best opponent Price has stepped in with? Tough fight to call actually. Kayode has performed better at the world stage(fought to a draw with Tarver) I might lean towards Price slightly due to size and power. But its actually a fight I can't pick with confidence.
Kayode's garbage. His power was okay at cruiser (and the only thing he ever had going for him, even having trained with Roach - a complete waste of Freddie's time) but nothing has shown it to carry up to HW. Barring getting caught with something flukey bang on the button at just the right angle to put him to sleep, I'd have to heavily favor the bigger, more powerful and far more complete fighter in DP.
Think so? I mean i'd certainly favor Price to bomb him out when he had his confidence and let his hands go..... But the current version who went 6 with Costa Jr. and 10 with Zavorotnyi.. I mean yeah I lean towards Price, but wouldn't count Kayode out. A glass cannon who doesn't believe in himself is one of the more ineffective fighters there is. Have to factor that into the equation as well.
All he would need to do is watch any tape of Kayode to feel entirely confident, though. :yep Guy can not box worth a damn and his power was only just above-average down at CW...
Fair enough... Just curious to do you think the draw with Tarver was generous? I haven't seen that fight, just curious what you scored it.
Yeah, had it 116-112 Milkdud. Some had it close and Comp-U-Box would lead you to believe so but it was a sonning IMO. Tarver did exactly what he set out to do when he called out Kayode from the commentators booth and exposed how technically lacking he is.
Kayode is utter garbage. And sadly this will most likely give Price confidence a boost only for it to blow up in his face once again.
